Improve your flexibility and joint mobility with continued stretching movements followed by a relaxation.

ReActive DEEP CORE
Work on your deep abdominal belt and protect your pelvic floor, with targeted exercises and breathing techniques, followed by a relaxation. (accessible for new mum after perineal and abdominal physiotherapy)

ReActive BALANCE
Inspired by yoga, Pilates and fitness. Improve your stability and coordination; decrease back problems, with a postural and breathing work.

ReActive CORE
Strengthen your abs and body’s core with a combination of fitness exercices.

ReActive MUM
Restart gently after childbirth. Strengthen your whole body with a workout suitable for new mothers.

ReActive MOBILITY
Train your balance, your joint mobility and strengthen the whole body safely.
(accessible for seniors and sensitive public)
